The first part of this well-put-together article, was reflective listening & Paraphrasing, wow how many times I have come across people who unintentionally misheard instructions and acted on them, causing trickle-down problems with other staff. I will remember this point and enact on should I come across it again. I imagine it is a little harder to get participation in Storytelling Sessions, Role-playing Scenarios and Story Circles. Impromptu Speaking, Structured Debates and Feedback Sessions I believe would be far easier to get engagement.
If people have signed up for this I would expect a higher involvement, right?
But if people are sent to attend from the corporate world, the task would be a little harder or Would they have to complete a post-course test?
